UniverCity is a sustainable urban community on Burnaby Mountain in British Columbia. We were hired by the Trust who manages the land to create stationery and promotional pieces showcasing the location and breath-taking views of the properties. We chose to avoid photography as the primary graphic element because we wanted to avoid looking like just another real estate development.
The strong graphic element of the design has become easily recognizable as UniverCity, thus creating a distinctive brand presence within a very competitive market.
