Generation Christmas

Submitted by Samyciawood on Sunday, 20 September 2009

Christmas-time again. The brief was to create a different type of Christmas card that reflected the personality and humour of Generation Printing.

We played with the idea of a printer’s proof tag. We mixed this concept with receiving cheesy gifts at Christmas and not knowing what to do with them. The card came with four actual gift cards that people could tear off and use. On the cards, people could choose a variety of options: to approve the gift; return it to the store; donate to charity or re-gift it.

The cards were a great success and stood out from the traditional cards that most people sent that Christmas.
